All Inclusive Resorts may save you time and money, but are they the way to go when planning a honeymoon?

All Inclusive Resorts come in all forms.  Some include airfare, hotel, transfers, and some meals or they include all meals and activities, but not airfare or some include airfare and hotel. With so many different options, how do you know what you’re really getting and is it worth the cost?

In most cases with an all-inclusive, the price you pay up front is usually the total cost of your honeymoon.  Tipping is usually forbidden, you could leave with the same amount of money you came with! Brides Travel did go to a Sandals Resort with one dollar and returned with one dollar!  It hangs on the wall in our office.

Even if you are not on a budget, this type of worry-free vacation has an appeal. You are on your honeymoon, there is no need to worry about money when everything is on the house!

Also if you like a lot of activities, an all-inclusive resorts could be the way to go.  Besides your room and meals, all-inclusive resorts usually include on resort activities. And if you’re not going to take advantage of them, this vacation option might not be worth it.

Make sure to find out what’s included before you purchase.  Make sure if they say scuba is included that it is included!  The same goes for food and drink. Does the all-inclusive package only include buffets but not sit down restaurants. If not, this can increase the price considerably.  Is top shelf liquor included or do they only include tap beer and box wine?

Because there are so many variations of an all-inclusive resort, we do recommend that you use a travel professional to reserve your all-inclusive honeymoon.  Scouring the fine print and finding the best options is what they do!

Brides Travel specializes in all-inclusive resorts whether for you honeymoon, destination wedding or a must needed and worry free vacation.   We take the stress and overwhelm out of planning.
